This Privacy Policy explains how Veracity Technologies Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website at veracitytechnologies.co.uk or otherwise engage with us. What data we collect

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run our business, for example, our email provider (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), our hosting provider (Vercel), our analytics provider, and our CRM. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes data on our instructions.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us unless we have a live business relationship. Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe. Records required for tax and accounting purposes are kept for at least six years.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
